Our 2012 rates for up to four people remain unchanged since 2010: $160/night, $880/week. From mid–June through August, we prefer to rent by the week Saturday to Saturday. During the rest of the year there is a two–night minimum—three on holidays and June through August. We are open all year, but from December to March you will probably need a 4x4 vehicle or at least a front–wheel drive vehicle with chains. The Coffee Creek Chalet is smoke–free, although smoking is permitted outside. We do not accommodate pets.

Payment and Refund Policy
We want to avoid any misunderstanding so we are defining here the refund policy of the Coffee Creek Chalet, located at 388 Groves Road, 0.4 mile west of highway 3 in Coffee Creek, California.
We require a $300 deposit to secure a reservation. The balance is due six weeks before the reservation arrival date. If the reservation date is less than 6 weeks away, then the entire rental amount is due at the time of booking. No reservation is guaranteed until at least the deposit is received.
If a guest must cancel a reservation prior to six weeks in advance, we will refund the payment less $25 administration fee.
In the event that a guest must cancel a reservation less than six weeks in advance of the arrival date, then we will refund the payment minus a $50 administration fee—if we are able to re–rent the Coffee Creek Chalet for that period. We will make every effort to let local innkeepers and the Trinity County Chamber of Commerce know about the cancellation dates. Should we find someone who wants to rent the vacancy for less than the time booked, we will contact the renter to see whether he or she wants us to accept on his or her behalf, less than the full amount. We will refund the amount of replacement rent, minus a $50 administration fee.
